About The Wedding Academy

.
The academy is founded on the principle that the wedding photography industry is in need of well-trained, professional wedding photographers. Our goal is to offer comprehensive training for photographers through an apprenticeship program, providing potential couples with skilled and highly-qualified wedding photographers, versus amateur, part-time, “weekend” photographers or self-proclaimed "professionals."

Photographers of the academy are qualified at four skill, experience and proficiency levels – Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. These designations assure the bride and groom quality photography for one of the most important events of their lives.

Our Photographers
All photographers of the academy, regardless of their previous background, experience or history, are required to successfully complete a stringent two-year apprenticeship program, consisting of extensive classroom, field training and evaluation in order to receive a platinum rating and certification.

1.       Bronze – Trainees in Progress
2.       Silver – Photographers with a minimum of 15 weddings, under professional supervision
3.       Gold – Photographers with a minimum of 30 weddings, under professional supervision
4.       Platinum – Photographers with a minimum of 60 weddings, under professional supervision

A photographer's designation of Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum guarantees his/her skill and proficiency level. We also provide a record of documentation and wedding photography references for couples.

These designations are available only and exclusively to graduates of the Christoph – Wedding Photography Academy.

Always request Christoph certified wedding photographers
